This is a simple test of the inline electrolysis cell. I needed to know it was working properly. The video shows how the voltage is run throught the inline tube cell first and comes out to power the plasma spark system. If the tube cell wasn’t working as a capacitor in the LRC network then no voltage would travel to the plasma spark part of the setup.
